Client Relations

At approximately this time each year we like to sit down and carefully plan out the spring and summer months which are just around the corner – and always the busiest time of the year for us. Within this planning process, we like to schedule a brief appearance at a meeting of the Board of Directors which allows us the opportunity to have a frank discussion about any issues that may have arisen with regards to our service delivery as well as expectations for future months – this may include things such as special garden arrangements, trees that need pruning, and the discussion of any other work that we may be able to assist with. We are always trying to go above and beyond in order to make sure that we can secure long-term arrangements with our clients.

Customer satisfaction is crucial to us as it is the only way in which we will survive.

With that said, we look forward to these meetings so that we can address issues – no matter how big or small – and work with everyone to set a clear path of where we are going in the future, what is expected of us (both inside and outside our contract), and what we expect in return. This meeting will also allow the Board and yourself to give us some feedback about our progress so far over the winter months.

Please let us know of a date between now and mid-March of one of your upcoming Board of Directors meetings in which we could attend briefly to discuss these matters. Also, if there is anything else that you think we should talk about at this meeting, we would be happy to do so.
