Jon AGG, Owner\Operator
Jon and Adam met at the University of Toronto working together on the students’ union and have been great friends ever since. With a shared love of the outdoors and a common interest in landscaping and construction, their friendship translated into many business opportunities. Today Jon oversee’s the majority of the company’s day-to-day operations and Adam the administration and finance. Both Jon and Adam work together on overseeing sales and business development.
ALICIA TYO, Administration
Alicia has been a member of the Pristine team for several years and is a tremendous asset to the company as a result of her extensive knowledge of the operations – Alicia started with Pristine first working in the field. Today Alicia acts as a liaison between employees and management, oversees payroll and general office and shop administration.
KESHIA GARCIA, Administration
Keshia joined Pristine in 2012 and is specialized in Joint Health and Safety Committee matters. Keshia assists with daily accounting and office administration including accounts payables and receivables.
MIKE SMALL, Area Manager
Mike brings to Pristine over 20 years of experience in the landscaping and horticultural industry. Mike’s main responsibility is to ensure that the work that Pristine is doing is of the highest caliber of which we are capable. Mike is knowledgeable and supervises all Crew Leaders in their duties.
HARRY HARUTUNIAN, Area Manager
Harry comes to Pristine with more than 19 years of experience in landscape maintenance operations, snow removal, and golf course maintenance. Harry received a diploma from Centennial College in Productions and Operations and ran his own business for several years. Harry has served as a Vice President of Operations and has a plethora of experience in managing people.
James King, Project Manager
James brings to Pristine over 30 years of experience in construction and landscaping and oversees special projects including carpentry within the company. James is directly responsible for ensuring that our yards are organized and stocked.
CHRIS SIMPSON, Lead Mechanic and Shop Manager
Chris is in charge of ensuring that all of our equipment is maintained and in good working order. Chris supervises a team that runs our shop and is responsible for all aspects of that operation including business development, customer service, and shop technology implementation.
ADAM EISLER, Director of Operations, Construction
Adam brings to Pristine over 10 years of experience in design. Adam was formally trained at Ryerson University in Landscape Design and is responsible for the oversight of all landscape construction projects within the company
